OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We are extremely committed to provide our customers with complete privacy and security. Any and all information we may have about you, your past orders, etc. is completely safe and confidential. We do not sell, rent, or give away any personal information to third parties. This includes but is not limited to; name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information.

When you make a purchase or subscribe to our newsletter, your name is added to our database and you will receive information about new products, special promotions or important changes in our services. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time by simply asking to be deleted.

If you ask for your order to be shipped to another person, we only collect the name and postal delivery information necessary to ship to an alternate address. We never share this information nor do we contact this individual unless there was a problem with delivery of the order.

YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS SAFE AND SECURE

Our on-line shopping cart system uses state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects your credit card details. Our SECURE Shopping Cart has three layers of protection, rather than the usual two layers.

As even more added safety, we do not use a system that automatically charges your card as you place your order. We take the extra time to enter every transaction by hand, directly to the processing bank, saving your information from computer glitches, hacking and other possible problems.

You may always telephone us directly to place your order if you would rather speak to a "live human".

ORDERS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Payment Options

Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that your credit card statement will show Saint Germain, as the merchant name or transaction description.

Money Orders (US Dollars only) Simply place your order on-line using the secure shopping cart which will add the correct amount for tax and shipping. The cart gives an option to pay by money order. Select that option and follow the instructions. We only accept International Money Orders if drawn in US Dollars.

Please note that payment by Money Order will delay shipment considerably. We will only ship your items after your payment has cleared our bank.

PayPal We do not prefer this method, however we will accept it only if you insist. Please call or email us to use PayPal. We will issue you a PayPal invoice for your payment.

International Orders Can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, and International Money Orders in US Dollars.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship out orders Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before 2 pm PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 2 pm ship the next day. Orders received after 2 pm Friday will ship on Monday, except on legal holidays.

We use the US Mail (USPS) for all packages. Your shipping charge INCLUDES Insurance.
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO destinations without any problems.
We allow your package to be sent to another person as a gift.

International Shipping is sent by US Mail. Each country has different rules and rates. We will NOT ship without insurance. This is for your protection as well as ours. We will email you with your shipping charges PRIOR to charging your card if your country's rates exceed the amount shown in the shopping cart. We will await your approval before proceeding with your order.
INSURANCE is not offered for some countries. You will be notified prior to your credit card being charged. Delivery of purchase will be AT YOUR RISK should you still wish to place an uninsured order.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Please review the return policy below before returning merchandise or processing a claim for items damaged during shipping.

* If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee, or a store credit with no restocking fee.
* Please call or email us within 7 days of merchandise receipt and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
* All returned items must be accompanied by the original packing materials and RMA number.
* Personalized, discontinued item sales, and custom orders may not be returned.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
* We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
* Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.
* Notice -- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for The Elixir, GemEssences, or TransScents. Please consider your use of them as an experiment.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

* Please call or email us within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.

LOST PACKAGES

* Please call or email us 9 days from your order in the US, 21 days International, if you have not received your merchandise. Check first with your Post Office and/or Customs Officers to see if they have your package. We do insure every package and a claim can be filled for you.
* Lost packages require a 21 day wait within the USA, 45 days International for an insurance claim to be submitted. These times are the requirement of our insurance company.
* We will need a written letter (Not email) sent to us stating that you never received your package. Please call our office for further details.
* Upon receipt of your letter, we will send a replacement order.

CLASSES, SESSIONS and EVENT REFUND POLICY

* Live Events are only refundable - minus an administration fee - up to 2 weeks prior to the event date, or as stated on the event sign-up page. No refunds shall be issued after that time.
* Classes and Private Sessions are not refundable after schedule or appointment has been fulfilled.
* Classes and Private Sessions payment may be applied to merchandise, future classes, private sessions or events if not yet taken.
